1 lb ground beef
¼ onion, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
1 can green beans, drained
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
½ cup sour cream
1 bag of McCain Smiles
½ cup shredded cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425°.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, saute the beef, onion, garlic powder and salt until meat is no longer pink.
  • To the meat, add the green beans, soup and sour cream. Stir until combined.
  • Smooth out meat mixture and top with frozen Smiles, in a single layer - covering the entire dish.
  • Bake casserole in original skillet for 15 minutes. Sprinkle the top with cheese during the last 3 minutes of baking.
