- In a small bowl, combine the first four ingredients. Combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard and sugar; pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat., Spoon cabbage mixture down the center of each tortilla. Top with turkey and tomato; roll up.

GREEN CABBAGE SLAW WITH DIJON VINAIGRETTE
Everyone needs a go-to coleslaw recipe in their back pocket, and this one is mine. Whether served with my fried pork chop sandwich, fried seafood or pulled pork, it's an ideal make-ahead side that complements so many main dishes.

Steps:
- Whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, mustard seeds and sugar in a large bowl. Add the cabbage and shallot and toss well to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
SMOKED SAUSAGE PITAS WITH APPLE SLAW
Steps:
- Heat butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced onions and cook until tender. To onions add green apples, smoked sausage, apple juice , brown sugar and cinnamon. Continue cooking 15 minutes as mixture camelizes. While mixture is cooking prepare coleslaw. Add coleslaw mix, red apples, and chopped scallions to a bowl. In small bowl add mayonnaise, granulated sugar, and apple cider vinegar and mix until well blended. Add mayonnaise mixture to coleslaw mixture and toss to coat. Divide sausage mixture among 6 pita halves and top with coleslaw.
