S'MORES AT HOME
Quick, easy, and delicious indoor S'mores. They're messy but tasty.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine butter, sugar and graham cracker crumbs until well coated. Press half of crumb mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan. Top with the chocolate chips, then the marshmallows. Sprinkle the remaining graham cracker mixture over the marshmallows and press down with a spatula.
- Bake in preheated oven 10 minutes, until marshmallows are melted. Cool completely before cutting into squares.

S'MORES BARK RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: graham crackers, butter, mini marshmallows, chocolate chips

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Place the graham crackers inside a plastic bag and use a rolling pin to finely crush the crackers. Pour most of the crackers into a bowl, reserving ¼ cup (20 g) for later.
- Add the melted butter to a bowl with the graham crackers and mix until the texture of wet sand.
- Transfer the graham crackers onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, spreading into an even layer.
- Sprinkle 2 cups (100 G) of mini marshmallows over the top of the graham cracker crumbs, then bake for 10 minutes.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the graham crackers and marshmallows, spreading evenly with a spatula.
- Top with remaining cup of marshmallows and reserved ¼ cup of crushed graham cracker crumbs. Drizzle with any remaining melted chocolate.
- Freeze for at least 1 hour.
- Remove the bark from the freezer and break it into pieces.

TRADITIONAL S'MORES
Steps:
- Preheat a grill to medium. Alternatively, you can roast the marshmallows over an open fire.
- Break each graham cracker section in half. Divide chocolate bar into 8 equal parts. Place each chocolate piece on top of half of a graham cracker.
- Divide marshmallows among several long skewers, spacing them far enough apart so that they won't melt together. Place marshmallows on grill and cook over medium heat, turning slowly, until golden brown. Carefully remove marshmallows from skewers and set on top of chocolate pieces. Add toppings of your choice. Place the other half of the graham cracker on top to form the perfect S'more.
S'MORES WITHOUT GRAHAM CRACKERS

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 180C (160C fan-forced).
- Place 2 digestive biscuits, bottom side up, on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Break each square of chocolate into 4 smaller squares so that you have 8 small squares. Arrange 4 of these squares in the middle of the 2 biscuits, keeping them close together and as far from the edges of the biscuits as possible.
- Cut the marshmallows in half and arrange one marshmallow half on top of each chocolate square. Place two more digestive biscuits on top of the marshmallows.
- Place the tray in the oven and cook for 4-6 minutes, or just until the chocolate and marshmallows are melty and gooey. Keep your eye constantly on the oven while cooking because once the marshmallows start melting, they melt fast!
- Enjoy immediately.
