This simple marinade uses ingredients commonly found in your pantry and refrigerator. Heat remaining marinade to a boil and drizzle over steak when done or use as a dipping sauce.

1 cup cola-flavored carbonated beverage
½ cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 pounds sirloin steak

Steps:

Whisk together cola, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, horseradish, garlic, and black pepper in a bowl and pour into a resealable plastic bag. Add steak, coat with the marinade, squeeze out excess air, and seal the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
Preheat the grill to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Remove steak from resealable bag and discard remaining marinade.
Cook steak on the preheated grill to desired doneness, about 5 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 140 degrees F (60 degrees C).

Steps:

Mix all ingredients together and marinate for at least 8 hours or overnight. The longer you marinate the meat, the more tender it becomes (we're thinking the carbonation of the soda had a bit to do with that!)

1 (12 ounce) can Pepsi or 1 (12 ounce) can Coke
1 lemon, juice of
4 -5 lbs steak, tips

Steps:

Place steak tips in sealable plastic bag.
Pour remaining ingredients over them.
Seal bag and toss to coat.
Place bag in fridge for 3-4 hrs., tossing occasionally.
Grill or Broil as you normally would.

½ cup Worcestershire sauce
1 cup Italian-style salad dressing
2 teaspoons garlic pepper seasoning
1 cup barbeque sauce
2 pounds beef sirloin tip steaks

Steps:

In a medium bowl, mix the Worcestershire sauce, Italian-style salad dressing, garlic pepper seasoning, and barbeque sauce. Place the meat in the marinade, and turn to coat. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Preheat grill for high heat.
Brush grill lightly with oil to prevent sticking. Place steaks on the grill, and discard marinade. Grill steaks 10 minutes on each side, or to desired doneness.
