Mix again. allow sugar syrup to cool completely. Add coconut extract. Mix. In a large measuring cup or bowl with spout, pour soda in. Pour syrup mixture with extract into soda. Mix gently. Add drops of food coloring to desired color. Fill 2 medium to large cups or glasses ice to the top. Pour mixture into each cup. Grab some straws and sip away!
