ONE-POT TACO SPAGHETTI
This one-pan taco spaghetti is full of flavor and great for a busy weeknight!

Steps:
- Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat; stir in diced onion, taco seasoning, garlic powder, and paprika. Sauté, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes.
- Pour in diced tomatoes with green chilies and sauté for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add ground beef. Break apart into small pieces and cook until meat is a little more than halfway cooked through, about 5 minutes.
- Break spaghetti noodles in half and add to the pot. Add chicken broth and water. Bring to a boil. Cover pot with a lid.
- Cook pasta until tender, yet firm to the bite, 7 to 12 minutes. Mix in cream of chicken soup. Cook for 5 minutes, then reduce heat to low. Add shredded Cheddar cheese; mix in.
- Add one slice of Velveeta® per person, or 4 around the outside and 1 in the middle.
- Turn off the heat and cover the pot until cheese starts to melt. Serve.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Add the tomatoes with juice, salt and sugar and simmer for 15 minutes.
- In a separate medium bowl, combine the sour cream, cream cheese and onion and mix well. In a 9x13 inch baking dish, place half of the egg noodles, then all of the meat mixture, then the cream mixture. Top with the remaining noodles and sprinkle with the cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 minutes.

- Brown meat and onion. Drain grease.
- Add salt, pepper, and garlic salt.
- Add tomato sauce (or spaghetti sauce can be used). Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Cook spaghetti according to directions and drain.
- Blend cream cheese and sour cream together.
- Grease 9 x 13 baking dish. Layer ingredients: spaghetti first, then meat sauce, cream cheese mixture, and finally sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
- Bake at 350* for 20 minutes. Leftovers are great also!

- In a small bowl, mix the first seven ingredients until smooth. Cook vermicelli according to package directions., Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet, heat 2 teaspoons olive oil over medium-high heat. - Start water on high heat in large pot and add pasta when it comes to a rolling boil. Cook pasta for 8-10 minutes. When pasta is done drain it and then put all pasta into the empty pot.While pasta is cooking add olive oil and garlic to pan on high heat, quickly add chicken cutlets and cook for 5 minutes on each side or until firm.
- Turn oven on to warm setting. Take the chicken out of the pan and place it on a sheet tray. Place the sheet tray in oven.
- Add chopped onion and mushrooms and into the hot pan and cook. When onions become transparent add heavy cream. Once heavy cream becomes warm (should take 3 minutes on high heat) add Parmesan cheese and flour. Stir for another 3 minutes and then add pasta to pan and fold into the sauce.
- Serve and Enjoy!
