BAKED SPAGHETTI
Spaghetti is layered like lasagna with ricotta cheese, Italian tomato sauce, and mozzarella cheese for this fun and tasty baked pasta casserole.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a 13x9x2-inch baking pan with Reynolds Wrap® Release® Non-Stick Aluminum Foil with non-stick side toward food.
- Combine hot cooked spaghetti with butter; stir until butter melts and coats spaghetti. Add 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese; stir to coat. Arrange spaghetti in an even layer in foil-lined pan. Spread ricotta cheese over spaghetti. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Brown ground beef, drain; add pasta sauce and heat until bubbly. Spoon over cheeses. Top with mozzarella cheese and remaining Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with non-stick foil. Bake 30 minutes. Remove foil cover and continue baking 15 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

I love making this recipe and people love polishing it very quickly. I like that you can make it before you need it and clean up the kitchen! Steps:
- Cook spaghetti according to pkg directions; drain.
- Place in lightly greased 8x8-inch baking dish; top with grated cheese.
- In Dutch oven, brown meat, onion, and garlic until meat is cooked, stirring to crumble; drain.
- Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire, mushrooms, and seasonings; simmer 5 minutes, stirring often.
- Pour over spaghetti, spreading evenly.
- Cover tightly with foil and refrigerate overnight.
- Bake uncovered at 350° for 25-30 minutes.
- Recipe is easily doubled.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, about 12 minutes. Drain.
- Heat the sauce in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the cream cheese and stir until melted. Pour pasta and sauce into an oven-safe baking dish and mix well.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake until the sauce is thick and the cheese is melted, 10 to 15 minutes.
