1/2 cup orange liquor
1/2 cup lime-flavored vodka
1 1/4 cup fresh mango & strawberry purée
6 ounces fresh orange juice
3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup simple syrup plus 2 tablespoons or to taste
2 cinnamon sticks for garnish
mango diamond chunks for garnish
fresh strawberries, sliced for garnish
orange slices for garnish
lemon slices for garnish
fresh mint sprigs for garnish
MANGO & STRAWBERRY PURÉE:
6 large strawberries
2 tablespoons simple syrup
3/4 cup strained mango purée

Steps:

MANGO & STRAWBERRY PURÉE: In a blender or food processor combine strawberries, simple syrup, and strained mango purée and blend until smooth. SANGRIA: Place all ingredients (excluding sparkling wine) into a large glass container, cover and refrigerate overnight. When ready to serve, pour into an ice-filled pitcher about 2/3 of the way full. Add fresh sliced fruits and mint and top with sparkling wine, stir gently to mix.

Here's what you need: strawberry, kiwi, light rum, white wine, sparkling wine, sugar, water, oranges, large pitcher

Ingredients

1 lb strawberry
1 lb kiwi
1 cup light rum
1 bottle white wine, (such as sauvignon blanc)
1 sparkling wine, chilled (such as cava)
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
3 oranges
large pitcher

Steps:

Hull the strawberries and cut them in half. Peel the kiwis and cut them into slices.
Combine half of the halved strawberries, the sugar and water in a saucepan and turn the heat up to medium. Bring the mixture up to a boil and then let simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes, or until the strawberries seem like they're about to fall apart. 3.Let cool for a few minutes, and then, using a mesh sieve, strain the strawberry goodness into a bowl. Use a spoon to press the strawberries up against the mesh so you get every last beautiful drop of strawberry syrup. Place the syrup in the refrigerator to cool a bit.
Combine the kiwi slices and the remaining strawberries in a pitcher, and add the rum, white wine, strawberry syrup, and the juice of three oranges (in a pinch, you could also sub a few splashes of bottled orange juice, or even lemonade, for the fresh orange juice).
Give it all a good stir and then pop the pitcher in the refrigerator for at least four hours to let all of the flavors come together.
When you're ready to serve, add around three-quarters of the chilled sparkling wine to the pitcher. Pour into glasses and spoon in fruit, topping each glass off with a bit of the remaining champagne so it's nice a bubbly when you hand the glass to a friend. Cheers!

1 pint strawberries (hulled and thinly sliced (about 2 cups))
2 medium ripe mangoes (peeled and diced (about 1 1/2 cups)*)
1 lemons (thinly sliced)
1 750 ml bottle white wine (a dry-ish white wine is best - I like Sauvignon Blanc or Chardonnay)
1/2 cup light rum
4 cups lemon-lime soda
Fresh mint sprigs for garnish (optional)

Steps:

Add fruit to a large pitcher. Pour the wine and rum over the top.
Cover and transfer to the refrigerator. Refrigerate for 4 - 5 hours.
Add the lemon-lime soda. Add a few pieces of the fruit to your glass and pour sangria over to serve. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs if desired.
