Ingredients

2 cups small ice cubes
1 cup brewed strong espresso, cooled
1/2 cup milk
3 tablespoons superfine sugar
1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Whipped cream and caramel sauce, for topping

Steps:

Put the ice, espresso, milk, sugar and vanilla in a blender. Blend until thick and smooth. Pour into two tall glasses and top with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce.

Ingredients

200ml strong coffee , chilled
50ml whole milk
1-3 tbsp sugar syrup (see goes well with)
ice cubes
whipped cream or ice cream to serve (optional)

Steps:

Pour the coffee into a blender with the milk and two or three handfuls of ice. Add as much sugar syrup as you like, starting with a small amount - you can always stir more in at the end if you'd like it sweeter.
Blend until foamy and the ice is broken into slush. Pour into a glass and add a scoop of ice cream or some whipped cream, if you like.

Blend ice cream, ice, coffee, milk, and simple syrup in a blender until smooth. Pour into a tall glass. Top with whipped cream, and dust with cocoa powder.

600 ml of extra strong freshly made coffee
sugar
2 cinnamon sticks
4 cloves
4 peppercorns
2 cardamoms, crushed
150 ml whipping cream
8 ice cubes
drinking cocoa powder
grated milk chocolate or unsweetened chocolate square

Steps:

Make the coffee and as soon as it is made put in the spices (the coffee will be very hot at this stage).
Cover and then when it comes to room temperature refrigerate it for 2 hours.
Strain and discard the spices (I wash them out and reuse them in the next curry I make- but then I am a wierdo).
Blend the coffee, cream, sugar and ice cubes till smooth and foamy.
Pour into 2 long glasses and sprinkle with the drinking chocolate powder and the chocolate flakes.
Drink immediately as the foam should be there when you have it.
