PUMPKIN SPICE MARTINI RECIPE

Steps:

• Mix castor sugar and pumpkin spice in a shallow plate.
• Brush the rim of the martini glasses with maple syrup and then press in the sugar to coat the rim.
• Freeze the glass for 15-20 minutes to get a nice frost.
• Add vodka, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, pumpkin puree, sugar syrup, bailey's, and ice cubes in a cocktail shaker.
• Shake well and strain the cocktail into the ready glasses.
• Top with whipped cream.
• Serve immediately.

SPICED PUMPKIN CIDER MARTINI

Steps:

• Add ice to a cocktail shaker. Add cider, vodka, and rum; shake well until chilled.
• Shake cinnamon into a small plate. Rub lime wedge around the edge of a martini glass. Dip edge of glass into cinnamon.
• Strain cocktail into martini glass; garnish with lime wedge and cinnamon stick.

PUMPKIN PIE SPICE MARTINI

Steps:

• In a small pot over medium heat, mix together the sugar and pumpkin pie spice with 1 cup water. Bring it to a boil, remove from the heat, and allow to cool for 1 hour. The syrup can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
• To a pitcher, add the vodka and half the simple syrup. Stir until blended. Add the cranberry seltzer and pour into chilled martini glasses. Add more sugar syrup, to taste, if necessary. Garnish with maple candies, if desired.

PUMPKIN SPICE MARTINI

Steps:

• Pour the vanilla flavored vodka, Irish cream liqueur, and pumpkin flavored liqueur into a cocktail shaker over ice. Cover, and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted. Strain into a chilled martini glass, and garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon and ground nutmeg to serve.

• Strain into a martini glass rimmed with cinnamon and sugar.

PUMPKIN PIE MARTINI

Steps:

• In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the brown sugar, 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, and 1/2 cup water. Stir until the sugar is dissolved and bring it to a boil. Remove from heat and cool for 30 minutes. Syrup can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
• Mix together the granulated sugar and remaining 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice and put it onto a shallow plate. Pour 2 tablespoons of the simple syrup onto a plate. Dip the rims of 4 martini glasses into the syrup, and then in the spiced sugar. Set aside.
• In a large measuring cup, combine the half-and-half, pumpkin puree, vanilla, and half the simple syrup and whisk until well blended. Pour in to a pitcher filled with ice. If using the vodka, add it to the pitcher before serving and stir. Pour into the prepared glasses. Top with sparkling water.
