2 Tbsp. thinly sliced fresh basil

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F. Combine first 4 ingredients; spread onto pizza crust. Top with olives and tomatoes. Bake 20 min. or until edge of crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with basil. Substitute: Substitute ¼ cup chopped roasted red peppers for the tomatoes.

3/4 cup pesto sauce
1/2 cup sliced roasted red peppers
1/4 cup sliced sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil)
1/4 cup sliced kalamata olives
1/4 cup pine nuts
4 cups (16 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
4 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Place the pizza crust(s) on a pizza pan or a large baking sheet. Spread the crust(s) with pesto sauce. Top with the peppers, tomatoes, olives, and pine nuts. Sprinkle with the shredded mozzarella, and place the mozzarella slices on top. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until the pizza has reached the desired doneness.

1 loaf (1 pound) frozen bread dough, thawed
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided
1/4 pound thinly sliced deli ham, julienned
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
1 cup chopped ripe olives
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

Steps:

  • Drain artichokes, reserving marinade. Chop artichokes; set aside. On a floured surface, roll bread dough into a 15-in. circle. Transfer to a greased 14-in. pizza pan; build up edges slightly. Brush the dough lightly with reserved marinade., Combine the basil, oregano and thyme; sprinkle over marinade. Sprinkle with 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, ham, artichokes, tomatoes, olives and feta cheese. 1 cup pesto sauce (use bottled or make your own)
1 cup artichoke heart
1 cup sun-dried tomato
1 cup wilted spinach leaves
1/2 cup kalamata olive
4 ounces feta cheese
4 ounces mozzarella cheese, asiago and provolone cheese mix
olive oil
pine nuts (optional)
chicken breast, strips (optional)
fresh basil (optional)
bell pepper (optional)
pepperoni or salami (optional)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2 tablespoons sliced ripe olives

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 450°F. On ungreased cookie sheet, place pizza crust.

Last night I wanted to make pizza, but could decide if I wan't hot & spicy, or mediterranean..so I combined the 2. I wasn't sure what it would turn out like, but it was SO good! I haven't included a pizza base recipe, I figure everyone has their favourites :)

1 large pizza crust
1 tablespoon pizza sauce
2 tablespoons hot chili sauce
2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
10 slices hot hungarian salami
1/2 red capsicum, thinly sliced
1/2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 red chili pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 cup antipasto mix, mine had mushrooms, green olives, black olives, sundried tomatoes, eggplant, and capsicum, all marin
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Steps:

  • Mix pizza sauce and chilli sauce together. Spread over base.
  • Mix cheddar cheese and mozzerella together, sprinkle 1 cup over sauce.
  • Layer the salami, capsicum, and tomato. Spread anti pasto evenly over the top.
  • Sprinkle with chilli and fetta cheese.
  • Top with remaining cheese and bake at 180C for about 30 minutes.

4 large eggs
2 tablespoons 2% milk

2 green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons diced sweet red pepper
1 tablespoon finely chopped jalapeno pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
1 prebaked 12-inch thin pizza crust
1/2 cup salsa
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°. In a large nonstick skillet, cook the hash browns, cumin and chili powder in 1 tablespoon oil over medium heat until golden. Remove and keep warm. , In a small bowl, beat the eggs, milk and salt; set aside. In the same skillet, saute the onions, peppers and garlic in remaining 1 tablespoon oil until tender. Add egg mixture. Cook and stir over medium heat until almost set. Remove from the heat., Place crust on an ungreased round 14-in. cast-iron griddle or pizza pan. Spread salsa over crust. Top with egg mixture. Sprinkle with hash browns and cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, 8-10 minutes.
