3-INGREDIENT BISQUICK BISCUITS
These 3-Ingredient Bisquick Biscuits are made with Sprite and are the easiest biscuits you'll ever make! They turn out perfect every time!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- In a medium-sized bowl, stir together Bisquick, Sprite, and sour cream until just combined.
- Sprinkle the countertop with a little Bisquick. Add the dough to the counter and knead a little using your hands to the dough and pat the dough out to about 1/2 an inch thick.
- Add additional Bisquick as needed to form a very soft dough that is just holding together.
- Pour the melted butter into a cast iron skillet or an 8x8 baking dish.
- Cut the biscuits out with a biscuit cutter or the top of a small jar and place them in the pan of butter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

- Whisk baking mix, lemon-lime soda, sour cream, and melted butter in a bowl until batter is smooth. Drop biscuits by large spoonful onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until biscuits are golden brown, 12 to 15 minutes. Let biscuits rest for about 5 minutes before serving.

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Put butter in a 9x13-inch baking dish and place dish in the preheating oven until butter is melted.
- Mix baking mix, lemon-lime soda, and sour cream together in a bowl until dough holds together and is sticky. Turn dough onto a floured work surface and roll into 1-inch thick circle. Cut circles out of dough using a cookie cutter or the rim of a wine glass and place in the melted butter.
- Bake in the preheated oven until biscuits are golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes. Remove dish from oven and let stand until biscuits have absorbed all the butter.

- Preheat oven to 425°F. In a large bowl, use a fork to cut the sour cream into the Bisquick. Add Sprite and stir the dough just until evenly moistened.
- Turn dough onto a clean cutting board, floured with some Bisquick™ dough. Knead three or four times, then press the dough to about 1 inch thickness. Cut into desired shapes.
- Place melted butter into a 9x9 baking pan. Set cut biscuits into the butter. Bake for 11-14 minutes, or until light golden brown. Remove and serve piping hot! Enjoy!!

- Roll out dough on floured surface and cut with a biscuit cutter.
- Bake on lightly greased baking sheet at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
POPEYE'S BISCUITS RECIPE
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients; flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
- Slice butter into small chunks and add into the dry ingredients. Use a knife to mix as you cut the butter into small pieces or use a pastry blender.
- Stir in buttermilk and milk until dough forms.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough into ½ inch.
- Using a biscuit cutter or glass, cut biscuits and place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 22 to 24 minutes or until light brown.
- Top with melted butter and serve.
