Steps:
- Pat both sides of the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.Note: If you prefer less skin, trim the excess skin on the bottom of each thigh using kitchen scissors leaving just the skin on the top.
- Combine the Garlic Sriracha seasoning, baking powder, kosher salt, and pepper (and ground red pepper if using). Rub on both sides of the chicken thighs.
- Place the chicken skin side up on a wire rack over a lined baking sheet. Put in a 475 degree oven for 15 minutes. Reduce the oven temp to 425 and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle more Garlic Sriracha seasoning over top and serve.

- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
- Whisk Sriracha sauce, honey, butter, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper together in a small bowl.
- Place chicken in a baking dish. Pour Sriracha mixture over the chicken and turn to coat chicken completely.
- Cook in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, 15 to 20 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

- Preheat oven to 400°. Whisk together the first 8 ingredients. Set aside., Sprinkle both sides of chicken with salt and pepper. Place chicken and sweet potato in a single layer in a foil-lined 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil and a third of the hoisin mixture; toss to coat., Bake 15 minutes; turn chicken and potatoes. - On a cutting board, slice each chicken breast into strips.
- In a bowl, combine the buttermilk and Sriracha and mix to combine. Add the chicken strips and submerge in the buttermilk mixture. Cover with plastic wrap. Or toss all of the ingredients into a resealable bag. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 425˚F (220˚C).
- In a shallow dish, add the Panko, flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and seasoning salt and mix to combine.
- Dip the chicken strips in the panko mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and brush with canola oil.
- Transfer the chicken to the baking sheet, and bake for 10 minutes. Flip the chicken over, and bake for an additional 10 minutes. If desired, broil for 2-3 minutes to crisp up at the end.
- Transfer the chicken to a paper towel-lined plate to remove extra grease.
