COOL LIME-PRETZEL SQUARES
Serve these Cool Lime-Pretzel Squares at a summer gathering. This refreshing dessert features a sweet lime custard paired with a salty pretzel crust. Who wouldn't love lime-pretzel squares?

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350ºF.
- Mix first 3 ingredients until blended; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish. Bake 10 min.; cool.
- Bring 1 cup water to boil. Add to gelatin mixes; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in remaining water; set aside. Blend sweetened condensed milk and sour cream in blender until smooth. Add gelatin mixture; blend well. Pour over crust.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Serve topped with COOL WHIP.

PRETZEL CRUSTED KEY LIME BARS
Pretzel Crusted Key Lime Bars are the perfect balance of salty and sweet. The key lime filling is tart, creamy, and smooth and combined with the crunch of the pretzel crust they are delicious!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9×9 pan with foil and coat lightly with nonstick spray. Set aside.
- In a food processor or blender pulverize the pretzels until they are a fine crumb. (You don't want dust, but you don't want chunks or it won't stay together)
- In a large bowl stir together your pretzel crumbs, butter, salt, and sugar.
- Press the mixture firmly into your prepared pan and slightly up the sides. Bake for 10 minutes, or until golden. Let the crust cool while you prepare the filling.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the yolks, sweetened condensed milk and lime juice.
- Pour the mixture into the warm crust.
- Bake for 12-15minutes, or until just set.
- Allow the bars to cool until room temperature, and then cover and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours, or overnight.

ST PATRICK'S DAY PRETZELS
Steps:
- Place your vanilla bark or white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and place in microwave. Microwave the chocolate for 30 seconds and stir, microwave for an additional 15 seconds if needed.
- Remove from microwave and dip three pretzels, completely coating them with the chocolate.
- Place pretzels on a parchment covered sheet pan and line them up in a shamrock pattern. (triangle openings together) Make sure the candy coated pretzels are touching so as they cool, they will be attached together.
- While your chocolate is still melted, add a green candy M&M to the center and add green sprinkles.
- Repeat with the remaining pretzels and then place them in the freezer or refrigerator until set. Serve and enjoy!
