This is exactly Steak and Shake's Special Sauce that they serve over their Chili Mac. I make Chili Mac with recipe #27171 and it is wonderful. Cook time is refrigerator time.

- Mix catsup and Worcestershire sauce together in a bowl.
- Refrigerate.
- Serve on top on of cooked spaghetti topped with recipe #27171, shredded cheese, chopped onion.
- Use about 2 tablespoons per serving.

Steak and Shake was a franchise started in the Midwest. My father would take me there on special occasions. I loved their chili! This is a chili which would be ideal for children. It is very mild with a slight sweetness. I found this recipe on the internet @ I dunno4recipes. The recipe origionally called for 2 (15 ounce) cans of kidney beans drained, but I prefer the taste of chili beans better

- Brown ground beef and salt in oil-If there is a high fat content to the ground beef you can omit the oil.
- Put soup in blender, blend for 1 minute.
- Add all to crock pot.
- Drain beef before adding to pot.
- Let simmer on low for 6 hours or on high for 2 hours.

- Brown hamburger and drain. I always use garlic and onion in my browned hamburger, but you don't have to
- Put the hamburger back in the pan and add the ketchup, chili, vinegar, and brown sugar. Mix well and let simmer. (the longer you let it simmer the better the flavor
- When you are ready to eat boil the noodles.
- You can either mix the noodles in with the sauce and put the noodles on a plate and pour sauce over the top.
- For Chili Mac supreme, add shredded cheese and onion before serving. This is a staple meal at our house!!
