Steps:
- Place salad greens in a salad bowl and top with tomatoes, cucumbers, onion, and carrot. Place oil, vinegar and sugar in a small plastic container. Put the lid on the container and shake dressing until sugar dissolves, about 1 minute. Pour dressing over salad. Season salad with salt and pepper, to taste, and toss to combine.
INCREDIBLE SALAD DRESSING
Again....another "Quick Cooking" recipe. I live and breathe by this magazine...lol. This is a very impressive salad dressing. The last time I had company, I put all of the ingredients in the blender and waited until the company came to blend everything together. I got a lot of "ooohs and ahhs" and they loved the taste.

- In a small bowl, whisk 1 tablespoon oil, 1 tablespoon mustard, salt and pepper; set aside. , Grill steak, covered, over medium-hot heat for 4 minutes. Turn; spread with mustard mixture. Grill 4 minutes longer or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a thermometer should read 135°; medium, 140°; medium-well, 145°). , Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook mushrooms in 1 tablespoon oil until tender. Stir in the vinegar and the remaining oil and mustard., Thinly slice steak across the grain; add to mushroom mixture., Serve over romaine.
