Strawberry Amish Friendship Bread Recipes

STRAWBERRIES AND CREAM AMISH FRIENDSHIP BREAD MUFFINS

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 325° F (165° C).
• In a large mixing bowl, add ingredients and mix well.
• Line muffin tin with cupcake wrappers.
• Fill muffin cups halfway.
• Dust the tops with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
• Bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
• ENJOY!

AMISH STRAWBERRY BREAD

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• In a large bowl, beat the eggs until foamy.
• Add the oil, sugar, vanilla and almond extract tot he eggs and mix well.
• In another bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
• Add to the oil mixture and stir until just barely moistened.
• Add the strawberries and nuts and lightly mix, being careful not to overmix.
• Pour into a prepared pan and bake until nicely browned and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 50 minutes to an hour.

STRAWBERRY AMISH FRIENDSHIP BREAD

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 325° F (165° C).
• In a large mixing bowl, add ingredients as listed.
• Grease two large loaf pans.
• Dust the greased pans with granulated sugar.
• Pour the batter evenly into loaf or cake pans.
• Bake for one hour or until the bread loosens evenly from the sides and a toothpick inserted in the center of the bread comes out clean.
• ENJOY!

STRAWBERRY BREAD (MADE WITH AMISH STARTER)

Steps:

• Mix together the wet ingredients, then stir in the dry ingredients.
• Toss the strawberries with the 1T of sugar and stir them in last.
• Pour into 5 greased mini loaf pans and bake at 325 for 45 minutes.
