This is a great Martini! I had it around Valentines Day at the Melting Pot. It's great for anytime of the year though. Sweet and delicious!

2 ounces strawberry vodka (Stoli)
1 1/2 ounces pineapple juice
1/2 ounce strawberry daiquiri mix

Steps:

  • Combine the vodka, daiquiri mix and pinapple juice.
  • Float the Champagne on the top.
  • Garnish with strawberry.
  • Enjoy!

1 ounce triple sec
1 ounce guava juice
1 ounce lime juice
2 teaspoons superfine sugar
5 -6 ripe red strawberries, diced

Steps:

  • In a shaker, add all of the ingredients including the diced strawberries.
  • Muddle the mixture until strawberries are well crushed.
  • Add ice to fill shaker tin 3/4 full. Shake vigorously and strain into two sugar rimmed martini glasses.
