1 Cup Strawberries
1 lime (or lemon)
2 tbsp honey (or maple or your favourite sweetener )
2 Cups Soda water
Ice Cubes (plain or lemon/lime juice ice)
handful Fresh Basil leaves (or mint)

Steps:

Combine the strawberries, lime juice, basil, and sweetener to a bowl/jug and muddle well (or use a blender to puree).
Optionally, strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer. Alternatively, simply add large ice cubes to the glass/es and top up with soda water. Stir Well
Optionally garnish with additional lemon/lime slices or even cucumber.

4 to 5 strawberries (stems removed and strawberries chopped (plus more to taste for optional garnish))
1 tablespoon lime juice (from about 1/2 of a lime)
8 to 10 fresh mint leaves (plus more to taste for optional garnish)
1/2 to 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (or to taste (depending on how sweet you like things))
ice cubes or crushed ice (enough to fill the glass about halfway)
strawberry sparkling water (or regular) (enough to top up glass)
Lime slices (garnish to taste (optional))

Steps:

Place strawberries, lime juice, mint leaves and honey in a short drink glass and muddle (basically mash everything to break down get the strawberries and mint to release their juices and flavours) with a wooden spoon. Note: The more you muddle, the more you'll extract the juices and flavours from the berries and mint. It's okay if there are some visible pieces of strawberry left. Muddle until you've reached the consistency you like best.
Add ice cubes to the glass, filling about halfway, then top up with sparkling water. Stir to combine everything. Garnish with a strawberry, a lime slice and/or more fresh mint, if desired. Serve and enjoy!Note: If you like things sweeter, you can add more honey or maple syrup to taste.

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup whole milk or half-and-half
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1 tablespoon strawberry simple syrup
2 strawberries, sliced with stems still attached, for garnish
Semisweet chocolate or similar, for garnish
Ground cinnamon, for garnish

Steps:

For the strawberry simple syrup: Combine the sugar and water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced strawberries. Using a fork, press the strawberries to release their juices. Allow the mixture to boil for 1 to 2 minutes. Steep for at least 10 minutes. Strain the mixture into a resealable jar. Cover and keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
For the mocktail: Combine the milk, chocolate syrup and strawberry simple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until thoroughly chilled. Strain into 2 martini glasses. To garnish, place a strawberry on the rim of each glass, dust with grated chocolate and sprinkle with ground cinnamon. Serve immediately.

6 fresh strawberries, sliced
12 fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup sugar
Ice cubes
1/3 cup lemon juice
2-1/4 cups club soda, chilled
Additional fresh basil leaves, optional

Steps:

In a shaker, muddle strawberries, basil and sugar. Fill shaker three-fourths full with ice; add lemon juice. Cover and shake 10-15 seconds or until condensation forms on outside of shaker. Strain into six rock glasses filled with ice. Top with club soda and, if desired, additional basil leaves.
