1 pint fresh strawberries, chopped
8 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup minced fresh cilantro

1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, strawberries, green onions and cilantro. In a small bowl, whisk oil, vinegar and salt; gently stir into tomato mixture. Refrigerate until serving.

  • In a large bowl, combine strawberries, tomatoes, chile peppers, garlic, lime juice and oil. Toss all together to mix and coat. Cover dish and refrigerate for 2 hours to chill. Ready to serve!

1 tablespoon cider vinegar
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon coarse black pepper
