Stuff Soup for GT Xpress Machine image

I have not tried this recipe yet but I definitely will try in the near future. I'm thinking this could be used as an on the go food or serve with some gravy over it for a side meal. Either way sounds good.

1 (18 7/8 ounce) can prepared chicken and corn chowder
2 1/2 cups chicken-flavored seasoned stuffing mix
3 ounces shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients. Heat up Gt xpress 101 and spray with nonstick spray.
  • Spoon 3/4 cup of mixture into each well.
  • Cook 7 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Repeat and cook the remaining two servings.

Meat Lovers Omelet for Your GT Express 101 Machine image

Another delicious recipe for your GT Express 101 machine. You can eat most of these recipe with a fork/knife or as finger food on the go.

3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon milk
2 pre-cooked sausage links, cut into slices
1/4 cup diced ham
1 tablespoon sliced mushrooms
1 tablespoon chopped green pepper
1/2 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, Monterey jack, etc.)

Steps:

  • Beat eggs lightly with the 1 Tb of milk.
  • Add sausage, ham, mushrooms, pepper and cheese to the egg and milk mixture.
  • Stir well.
  • Divide between two wells.
  • Cook 10 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
