The worlds hottest wings. Chicken wings deep-fried and prepared with an intensely fiery sauce.

6 units Chicken wings
Black pepper Freshly Ground
Salt
1 litre Vegetable oil
4 tablespoons Butter
4 units Habanero Peppers
Hot pepper sauce
Cayenne pepper
Chili powder
Crushed Red Pepper
Garlic
Blair's 16 Million Reserve

Steps:

  • NOT FINISHED - WORK IN PROGRESS The Wings: Chop off the tip of each chicken wings, and discard it. Chop the wing in half (cutting at the joint) to make 2 pieces. Season lightly. Heat the oil over high heat in a deep skillet, Dutch oven, or deep-fat fryer until it starts to pop and sizzle (around 400 degrees F). Add the chicken wings and cook until they're golden and crisp, stirring or shaking occasionally. Season again half way through frying. When done, remove them to drain on paper towels. Sauce: Blend togeter.... Melt the butter or margarine over medium heat in a heavy saucepan, add the blended mixture and the 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar. Stir well and remove from the flame immediately. Place the chicken on a warm serving platter, pour the sauce on top, and serve.

1/4 cup Danish blue cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
Salt and freshly cracked black pepper
2 teaspoons Neely's Dry Rub
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Peanut oil, for frying
3 pounds chicken wings, cut at joint, washed and dried
1 to 2 tablespoons lemon-pepper seasoning
4 tablespoons salted butter
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 cup hot sauce (recommend: Texas Pete's)
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Carrot and Celery Sticks, for serving

Steps:

  • For the dipping sauce:
  • In a small bowl, mash the blue cheese into the buttermilk and sour cream. Mix in the sugar and the apple cider vinegar, and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  • For the seasoning:
  • Mix the dry rub, salt, and cayenne together in a small bowl.
  • Preheat deep-fryer with peanut oil to 350 degrees F.
  • For the wings:
  • Add the wings to a large mixing bowl and season with the lemon-pepper seasoning and toss to coat. Allow to sit for a few minutes, so flavors can permeate into the chicken.
  • Add the wings to the deep-fryer and fry until cooked through and golden and crisp, 12 to 15 minutes. You may need to do this in batches.
  • Meanwhile, while wings are frying, melt butter in small saucepan over medium-low heat with the garlic. Transfer to a large bowl and whisk in the hot sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce until combined.
  • Remove wings from fryer and drain on a paper towel lined sheet tray. Immediately sprinkle with the seasoning.
  • Add fried wings to the large bowl of sauce and toss until well combined and wings are well coated. Serve immediately after tossing the wings with the sauce. Serve with the blue cheese dipping sauce and celery and carrot sticks.

Chicken wings are a classic favorite, and when crispy-baked wings are paired with a sweet-spicy suicide sauce, they make for an unforgettable dish.

8 pounds chicken wings
2 cups ketchup
2/3 cup water
2 cups brown sugar
3/4 cup hot sauce
6 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon chili powder

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Trim the tips from the wings and separate the wings into drummies and flappers. Place the wings on a broiler pan. Place the pan in the oven and bake the wings at 425 degrees F for 45 minutes or until crispy, turning once during the cooking time. Meanwhile, combine the ketchup, water, brown sugar, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and chili powder in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until the brown sugar dissolves. When the wings are crispy, transfer them to a baking dish or crock pot. Pour the sauce over the wings. If baking in the oven, reduce the oven temperature to 350 degrees F and bake the wings for 1 hour. If cooking in the crock pot, cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 2-4 hours. Serve the wings with ranch or blue cheese dressing, for dipping.

2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 chicken bouillon cubes (or powder)
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
2 tablespoons Tabasco sauce
5 ounces barbecue sauce (any brand you like)
5 ounces honey garlic barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 cup butter
4 tablespoons brown sugar
5 lbs chicken wings (tips removed & split in half.)

Steps:

  • Mix all sauce ingrediens in saucepan and heat to melt butter.
  • Deep fry wings in small batches and mix with sauce.

10 whole jalapeno peppers, diced
6 habanero peppers, diced
1 (5 ounce) bottle Tabasco sauce
4 ounces Worcestershire sauce
4 tablespoons cayenne pepper
1 cup sriracha hot pepper sauce
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1 (12 ounce) bottle beer
3 lbs chicken wings, tips removed

Steps:

  • In a blender puree all ingredients, except chicken wings, being VERY careful of the hot peppers.
  • Place chicken wings in a bowl and pour mixture on top, marinate overnight.
  • Heat deep fryer with oil to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Remove wings from bowl and gently place them in the hot oil.
  • Fry wings until golden brown and crisp, about 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile take the leftover marinade and place in a small saucepan on stove and bring to a hard boil.
  • After the sauce is heated throughout put sauce in large bowl, add wings and toss until coated.
  • When handling wings use either tongs or wear gloves.
