Ingredients

5 cups nonfat dry milk
1 cup baking cocoa
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup instant coffee (dry)
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
11 cups water
2 teaspoons vanilla

Steps:

Mix all ingredients except water and vanilla in 5- to 6-quart slow cooker. Stir in water and vanilla until smooth.
Cover and cook on low heat setting 3 to 4 hours.

5 c milk, nonfat, dry
1 c baking cocoa
3/4 c sugar
1/4 c instant coffee powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon, ground
11 c water
2 tsp vanilla extract

Steps:

1. Mix together the first 5 ingredients in a 5 to 6 quart slow cooker. Then stir in the water & vanilla until smooth.
2. Then cover & cook on low heat setting 3 to 4 hours.
3. Note: To make this kid friendly just leave out the coffee & cinnamon.

1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons hershey's cocoa
2 tablespoons water
1 cup whipping cream
1 1/4-2 cups hot coffee

Steps:

Stir together sugar and cocoa in microwave-safe 2 cup measure. Add water; stir until well blended. Microwave at HIGH (100%) 30 to 45 seconds or until mixture boils.
Add whipping cream; stir until well blended. Microwave at HIGH 1 to 1-1/2 minutes or until hot. Combine cocoa mixture and coffee. Serve immediately.
