I prefer all-in-one meals, and this absolutely fits the bill. Drink it with a glass of milk and you've covered every food group. It's sweet, sour, and spicy all at the same time, and freezes well. It doesn't hurt that it's good for you. This makes four big servings.

Steps:
- In a large skillet, brown ground beef. Drain and set aside.
- Cook brown rice according to package directions.
- Heat oil in skillet and saute onion and peppers until tender. Stir in water chestnuts, pineapple, soy sauce, garlic-ginger sauce, and spices. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer until sauce thickens.
- Stir in cooked rice.

SWEET & SPICY BEEF SIRLOIN TIP ROAST RECIPE | TRAEGER GRILLS
This beef sirloin tip roast is sweet and spicy, with simple seasonings and tangy BBQ sauce.

Steps:
- Season the sirloin tip roast evenly with the Traeger Beef Rub on all sides. Let rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 275°F and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes.
- Insert the probe into the thickest part of the roast. Place the roast directly on the grill grates, close the lid, and cook until the internal temperature reaches 130°F, about 75 minutes.
- In a small bowl, stir together the Traeger 'Que and chili sauce. Once the meat has reached 130°F, brush the roast with 1/4 cup of the sauce.
- Continue cooking until internal temperature reaches 140°F.
- Transfer the roast to a cutting board and tent with foil. Let rest until internal temperature reaches 145°F, about 10 minutes.
- Thinly slice the roast against the grain and brush each slice with the remaining sauce. Enjoy!

- Rub four 8-ounce filets mignons with Pepper-Ancho Rub on one side; drizzle with vegetable oil. Grill rub-side down over high heat, about 4 minutes; flip, reduce the heat to medium or move the steaks to a cooler spot and grill 4 more minutes (for medium-rare), brushing often with Mint Glaze (recipe below). Top with more glaze.
- Whisk all of the ingredients in a bowl.
- Whisk the mustard, honey, horseradish and mint in a bowl; season with salt and pepper. Set aside a few tablespoons for the finished steaks.

- Cut roast in half; place in a 6-qt. slow cooker. Combine the barbecue sauce, water, brown sugar, chipotle pepper, Worcestershire sauce, steak sauce, soy sauce and seasonings. Pour over meat., Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until meat is tender. Remove roast and cool slightly. Skim fat from cooking juices. Shred meat with 2 forks and return to slow cooker; heat through. Serve on rolls.

- Put the drippings in a heavy Dutch oven over medium high heat. Brown the meat well getting a caramelized coating.
- Remove meat to a plate. Deglaze the pot with 1 cup of water. It will be a rich dark brown. Scrape the sides and bottom of the pot getting all the good flavorings.
- Add the salt, pepper, sriracha, bay leaves, garlic, onions, and pineapple chunks and blend. Add the meat back in. Top with the chopped tomatoes and vegetable juice. Cover tightly and put in a preheated 425 oven for 60-75 minutes. Add 1 to 1 ½ cups of water to the pot.
- Recover and cook another hour. Add another 1 to ½ cups of water (or vegetable juice), cover, and turn off oven. Leave roast sit in the oven until ready to serve (if within an hour or so).
