A delicious combination of chicken with Swiss cheese, seasoning and creamy goodness in one easy baked dish! Who could ask for more?!

Number Of Ingredients 6

6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
6 slices Swiss cheese
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
¼ cup milk
2 cups herb-seasoned stuffing mix
¼ cup butter

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Arrange chicken in a greased 12 x 8 x 2 baking dish. Top with Swiss cheese slices.
  • Combine soup and milk and stir well. Spoon mixture over chicken and sprinkle with stuffing mix. Drizzle butter or margarine over crumbs.
  • Cover and bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 50 minutes. Enjoy!

Very simple casserole to put together with common ingredients. I'm not a Miracle Whip fan, so I used mayonnaise. Recipe is from Kraft.

4 cups chopped cooked chicken
2 cups croutons
1 1/2 cups kraft shredded swiss cheese
2/3 cup Miracle Whip
1/2 cup milk
4 stalks celery, sliced
1/4 cup chopped onion

Steps:

  • HEAT oven to 350°F.
  • COMBINE ingredients.
  • SPOON into 2-qt. casserole.
  • BAKE 40 minute or until heated through.

2 cup(s) croutons
1-1/2 cup(s) shredded swiss cheese
2/3 cup(s) mayonnaise
1/2 cup(s) milk
4 stalk(s) celery, sliced
1/4 cup(s) onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper
1/3 cup(s) sliced almonds

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Place into a 2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Sprinkle almonds over top of mixture.
  • Bake in a preheated 350º oven for 40 minutes or until heated through.
  • NOTE: You may substitute 3 cans (12.5 oz.ea.) of chicken breast, drained and flaked, for the chopped cooked fresh chicken.
