1 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup plain flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
unbaked pie shell

Steps:

  • Pour warm butter over chocolate chips and stir.
  • Blend all remaining ingredients and stir into chocolate chip mixture.
  • Pour into unbaked pie shell.
  • Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes.

¾ cup chocolate chips
½ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
½ cup flaked coconut
¼ cup chocolate chips
1 (9 inch) deep dish pie crust

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C.)
  • In a large bowl, pour warm melted butter over 3/4 cup chocolate chips. Stir until smooth. Mix together flour, brown sugar, and white sugar, then stir into chocolate mixture. Stir in eggs and vanilla. Fold in pecans, coconut, and 1/4 cup chocolate chips. Pour into pie crust.

1 (15-ounce) package refrigerated pie crust, divided
1 teaspoon flour
2 tablespoons butter
2 cups chopped pecans
1 cup vanilla milk chips or white chocolate baking bar, chopped
1/4 cup milk
2 cups whipping cream
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
grated chocolate or chocolate-flavored syrup (optional)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 450°. Prepare 1 pie crust according to package directions for unfilled crust. Refrigerate remaining crust for later use. Place prepared crust in a 10-inch springform pan or 9-inch pie pan; press in bottom and up sides of pan. Flute top edge of crust with fork dipped in flour. Generously prick bottom and sides of crust with fork dipped in flour. Bake in preheated oven until golden brown, 9-11 minutes. Cool completely. In a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in pecans; cook, stirring constantly, until pecans are golden brown, about 6 minutes. Cool completely, about 1 hour. In a small saucepan over low heat, stirring with a wire whisk, melt vanilla chips and milk. Cool completely, about 1 hour. In a large bowl, beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in sugar, vanilla, melted vanilla chips mixture, and pecans; blend well. Spoon mixture into cooled crust. Refrigerate 4 hours before serving. Just before serving, garnish with grated chocolate or chocolate syrup, if desired.

1 package frozen blueberries
1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch

Steps:

  • Mix softened cream cheese with sugar. Whip cream until stiff peaks form. Carefully fold cream into cheese mixture and mix until thoroughly blended. Slice bananas and place in bottom and sides of pie shell. Pour cheese mixture over bananas and chill until firm. Blueberry Glaze: Combine all ingredients and cook over low heat until thick. Be careful not to break up the berries. Cool to room temperature. Spoon Glaze evenly over cheese mixture and chill several hours or overnight.
