- In a bowl, combine the yogurt, sugar, lemon juice and zest; mix well. Stir in food coloring if desired. Pour into cylinder of ice cream freezer; freeze according to manufacturer's directions. Transfer ice cream to freezer containers, allowing headspace for expansion. Freeze 2-4 hours or until firm.,

- Combine all ingredients in large bowl and stir to blend. Transfer yogurt mixture to ice cream maker. Process according to manufacturer's instructions. Spoon into large covered container and freeze. (Can be made 2 days ahead. Keep frozen.)
TANGY VANILLA FROZEN YOGURT
This yogurt is a salute to Red Mango. It isn't pretending to be ice cream. It tastes like tangy yogurt in frozen form. The result is creamy and completely refreshing without guilt. I opted for 2% to make sure the yogurt had the right consistency and didn't turn icy. I paired it with a slice of grilled pineapple and some homemade granola (Recipe #424610 ) for a healthy sundae.

LEMONADE FROZEN YOGURT
This creamy, tangy frozen treat is a great way to cool off. Prep time about 10 minutes,plus 30 minutes to chill and about 2 1/2 hours to freeze.(though my freezer, freezes it hard enough to eat.) Stored airtight, the frozen will keep in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.

- In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, lemonade concentrate, half and half, lemon juice, and sugar until sugar is dissolved; Chill mixture until cold, about 30 minutes.
- Freeze mixture in an ice cream maker (1 1/2-Quart capacity) according to manufactures instructions, until moter stops or dasher is hard to turn.
- Transfer frozen yogurt to an airtight container and freeze until firm enough to scoop about 2 hours.
