ORE-IDA TATER TOTS ON THE GRILL

- Heat grill to medium heat.
- Spread TATER TOTS onto bottom of disposable foil pie plate sprayed with cooking spray. Place pie plate on grill grate.
- Grill 20 to 22 min. or until TATER TOTS are heated through, stirring after 12 min.

TATER TOT GRILLED CHEESE
This killer tater tot grilled cheese sandwiches cheese, bacon and jalapeño between two tater tot waffles. Crispy, gooey, spicy, and only 4 ingredients.

Steps:
- Heat waffle iron.
- Fill it with tater tots. Don't forget all the little spaces.
- Cook for 5-10 minutes, until crispy.
- Take it off (tongs and spatulas help). Cook another tot waffle.
- Leaving the second waffle in the iron, layer on the cheese, bacon, jalapeño, more cheese, and top with the first waffle. Press the iron down again and cook until the cheese is melted.
- Carefully take that bad boy out. Slice and serve. Sooo cheesy.
SRIRACHA GOUDA GRILLED CHEESE WITH SWEET POTATO TOTS
I thought that sweet potato tots would be a fun way to add some sweet earthy flavor to grilled cheese. Once I had the sweetness, I added some bacon for saltiness, and used Roth® Sriracha Gouda for a kick! The sandwiches came out amazing with tons of gooey spicy cheese oozing out of every bite.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Toss tots with oil on a baking sheet.
- Bake, turning over halfway through, until browned, about 24 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in kale, salt, and pepper; cook until kale is wilted and lightly browned in places, about 5 minutes. Transfer kale to a plate and wipe skillet clean.
- Spread 2 bread slices with mayonnaise, then top each with 2 slices cheese and 1/2 of the bacon and kale. Add tots, pressing lightly, then top each sandwich with remaining cheese and bread.
- Melt remaining 1 tablespoon butter in skillet over medium heat. Add sandwiches; cook, lightly pressing with a spatula, until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown, about 3 minutes per side.

- Grease your waffle iron with cooking oil spray. Turn your waffle iron on and move dial to medium high heat. Line 12 tater tots with 3 rows of four tots in the middle section of your waffle iron. If you have a big enough rectangle waffle iron, you can cook all 24 tots at once. Because mine is round, I only used the middle of the grid so I had to make each waffle separately. Make sure the tater tots are touching with no gaps between them. Close your waffle iron the best you can. You will need to apply a little pressure and it may not close evenly over the waffle. I usually close it as much as I can and let the waffle cook and then try to close it further about halfway through the cooking.
- Let waffle cook until crispy and dark golden brown. This can take several minutes (around 10 minutes in mine). Carefully remove waffle and make your second waffle.
- Leave the second waffle on the waffle iron when done. Add a slice of cheese, bacon, avocado and the second slice of cheese on top. Then add the first waffle over ingredients. Close waffle iron, making sure to line the top waffle with the waffle iron grids. You don't need to close the waffle iron all the way but you want to at least close it about halfway so that the ingredients can get heated and the cheese melts. Cook until cheese is melted. Then remove sandwich and enjoy.
