Steps:
- In a bowl, combine the pineapple, red onion, green pepper, and teriyaki sauce. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- Sprinkle 3/4 cup cheese on pizza crust. Top with pineapple mixture and chicken. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Sprinkle with green onion and drizzle with teriyaki sauce, if desired.

- In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the soy sauce, oil, brown sugar, sherry if desired, ginger and garlic powder;add drumsticks. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate 4 hours or overnight, turning occasionally., Drain and discard marinade. Place chicken in a single layer on a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 35-45 minutes or until a thermometer reads 180° and juices run clear.

TERIYAKI CHICKEN PIZZA
This slightly sweet chicken pizza has been a requested meal among my family since coming up with the recipe some years ago. The different flavors work so well together.

Steps:
- Combine reserved pineapple juice, chicken, and garlic in a small baking dish. Cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Remove chicken from pineapple. Saute chicken and garlic in a very hot pan, so that the chicken browns just slightly.
- Roll out pizza dough on a 16 inch pizza pan. Bake dough for approximately 7 minutes, and then remove from oven. Brush dough with a thin layer of teriyaki sauce, then a layer of the onion, and top with Cheddar cheese. Then top with chicken, reserved pineapple chunks, and feta cheese. Bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.

- If the pizza dough is refrigerated, bring it to room temperature; preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
