1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 c. white vinegar
1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
2 cloves garlic, minced (about 1 1/2 tsp.)
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. ground pepper

Steps:

  • In a mixing bowl, add all of the ingredients. Whisk together until completely combined. Serve right away.
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container. Will keep for up to one week.

This Garlic Parmesan Ranch dressing is rich and tasty. The salad dressing is scratch made from fresh roasted garlic, Parmesan cheese and buttermilk.

5 cloves roasted garlic
2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
2 tbs apple cider vinegar
1 cup low fat buttermilk
1 cup light mayonnaise
1 tsp whole grain mustard
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp Kosher salt
ground pepper to taste
1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Place roasted garlic, oil, vinegar and buttermilk in blender pulse to break up garlic.
  • Add mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire, salt and pepper, pulse until garlic is fully pulverized.
  • Add Parmesan, pulse to mix in. Dressing can be used immediately, or refrigerated in sealed container (use within a few days).

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Mince the garlic with a knife and then sprinkle on the salt and mash it into a paste with a fork.
  • In a bowl, combine the garlic paste, mayonnaise, sour cream, parsley, dill, chives, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, vinegar, paprika, cayenne and hot sauce. Add the buttermilk to desired consistency and mix to combine, tasting frequently and adjusting seasonings as needed.
