Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Dissolve baking soda in hot water. Add to batter along with salt. Stir in flour, chocolate chips, and nuts. Drop by large spoonfuls onto ungreased pans.
- Bake for about 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges are nicely browned.

People love these and I have to laugh when asked for the recipe. These are nice big & thick cookies! I had to put a size for the cookie dough, hope I came close. heh heh! Use the tube of white chocolate cookie dough in the refrigerated section of the store. Do not spread the cookie dough out. I had to put a size on the nuts, just use a regular size they have at the store.

- slice the cookies 3/4" to 1" thick.
- place on cookie sheet lined with a silpat or parchment paper.

This is the easiest cookie recipe you can make, it can be any flavor you choose and it is easier than a bucket of cookie dough!

Steps:
- Place all ingredients in a gallon freezer bag, mix until all is combined and it pulls away from the bag. Cover a cookie sheet with non-stick foil. Cut a 1 inch hole in the corner of the bag. Squeeze out onto foil 1 inch at a time, about 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees for about 7 minute.
- If you choose a German Chocolate cake mix, they are great iced with coconut pecan icing. Carrot Cake mix is great with cream cheese icing. You can also add in chocolate chips, nuts and/or candy pieces. If you don't want to cook the whole batch, chip clip the corner and only bake the cookies you need. The rest of the dough will keep up to a week in the fridge! Enjoy!
