My family loves brownies. This is their favorite boxed mix, from Trader Joes, so today, I tried it, and it's fabulous and easy!!

Number Of Ingredients 3

Ingredients

1 package Trader Joe's Brownie Truffle Baking Mix
2 large eggs
1 stick butter

Steps:

Start by pouring the baking mix into a large mixing bowl.
Then mix in the two eggs and one stick of butter. (Per package instructions)
Mix well until everything is well combined. Pour into an air fryer safe pan that will fit inside your air fryer basket.Place the pan into the basket.
Set the temperature to 360 degrees F for 15 minutes, air fryer setting.Check the center of the brownies with a toothpick. If it comes out clean, remove the pan (be careful-it's HOT)If it is not clean and needs to be cooked longer, set the time for another 4 minutes. Check after the 4 minutes are up.
Remove from Air Fryer Basket.
Let cool, then remove from pan, plate and serve.

2 eggs
1/2 cup butter

Steps:

In bowl place mix, eggs & melted butter. Mix and put into 8 x 8 pan. Or use your nuwave round pan, grease pan. Place mix in pan and bake for 30 minutes on Hi.
let cool 30 minutes. enjoy!

1 box TJ's brownie Truffle Baking Mix
1 box TJ"s Pumpkin Bread and Muffin Mix
4 large eggs
1 stick (4 oz) unsalted butter
1/2 cup canola oil
1 cup water
1 quart Pilgrim Joes Pumpkin ice cream

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350. In a large mixing bowel, prepare brownie truffle baking mix according to package directions. In another large mixing bowel, prepare pumpkin bread mix according to package directions. Pour brownies mixture into a greased 9"x12" baking pan and spread across pan. Pour the pumpkin mixture overthe brownie mixture, and with a large stiff spatula swirl the two mixes together to make a marble effect. Place in oven and bake for 40 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center come out clean. ALLOW TO COOL, CUT, AND SERVE WITH A SCOOP OF PUMPKIN ICE CREAM.
