TRIPLE ORANGE DELIGHT

Steps:

• 1. Bring 1 cup of juice from oranges to a boil. 2. Add jello. Stir until dissolved. 3. Pour into a bowl. 4. Add sherbet and stir until melted. 5. Fold in cool whip. 6. Cut cake into bite sized pieces. 7. Place half of cake pieces into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. 8. Sprinkle half of orange pieces over cake. 9. Cover with half of sherbet pieces. 10. Repeat steps 7-10. 11. Refrigerate or freeze.

TRIPLE ORANGE DESSERT SOUP

Steps:

• Cut ends from all of the fruit, and then cut off the skin and bitter white pith with a paring knife. Cut the citrus segments out from the membrane and carefully put the segments in a shallow bowl, taking care to keep them whole. Squeeze the leftover peels and membranes over another bowl to get out any remaining juice.
• Gently stir sugar and salt into juice, pour over fruit, and divide into soup plates. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 1 to 2 hours.
• To serve, pour 1/4 cup Muscat over each serving.

TRIPLE ORANGE DELIGHT

Steps:

• In a large bowl, whisk orange juice, half-and-half, corn syrup, marmalade, orange rind and vanilla until well blended. Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Cover and freeze for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until frozen 1 inch from edge and center is slushy.Break into pieces. Transfer to a chilled large mixer bowl. With chilled beaters, beat at low speed until smooth but not melted. Spoon into a freezer container. Cover and freeze at least 1 hour or up to several days before serving.

FROZEN ORANGE DELIGHT

Steps:

• In a small bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in pineapple juice. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes or until slightly thickened. , Fold in whipped topping. Fill cylinder of ice cream freezer two-thirds full; freeze according to manufacturer's directions. Allow to ripen in ice cream freezer or firm up in the refrigerator freezer for 2-4 hours before serving.

TRIPLE ORANGE CAKE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350°F.
• Grease a 9 x 13 cake pan; set aside.
• Place all ingredients except juice and icing sugar in a large bowl.
• Beat thoroughly with an electric mixer at medium speed.
• Pour into pan.
• Bake 35- 45 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched in center.
• Leave cake in pan and pierce entire surface with fork.
• In a small bowl, blend juice and icing sugar thoroughly.
• Spoon evenly over cake.

ORANGE DELIGHT CAKE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease and flour two 8 inch cake pans.
• Sift together into a large bowl the cake flour, 1 1/3 cups sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and 3/4 teaspoons salt. Add grated orange rind, shortening, orange juice, and 1/3 cup water. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes with an electric mixer, scraping bowl while beating. Add two whole eggs and beat batter for 2 more minutes. Beat in the lemon juice. Pour batter into prepared pans.
• Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 30 to 40 minutes. Remove cakes from pans and let cool. Frost with Double Boiler Icing or whipped cream. Sprinkle cake with grated orange rind and finely chopped nuts or coconut.
• To Make Double Boiler Icing: In the top of a double boiler put; the 2 egg whites, 1 1/2 cups of the sugar, 5 tablespoons water, 1/8 teaspoon salt, light corn syrup, and cream of tartar. Place over boiling water and beat until blended. Cook mixture beating constantly until mixture will stand in peaks. Remove from heat and add the vanilla. Continue beating until of spreading consistency, about 5 minutes. Spread onto cooled cake.

ORANGE DELIGHT

Steps:

• Pour boiling water over jello and marshmallows. Stir until marshmallows melt. Set aside this mixture until cooled slightly.
• Cream the cream cheese and sugar; then add whipping cream. Whip until mixture is smooth and thick.
• Add jello mixture, drained pineapple and nuts. Pour into mold and chill.
