2 cups onions, chopped
1/4 cup butter
2 (6 1/4 ounce) cans tuna, drained and flaked
1 3/4 cups cheese, shredded
3 eggs
1 1/4 cups milk
1 cup Bisquick baking mix
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Grease baking dish.
Cook and stir onions and butter in skillet over low heat until onions are light brown. Sprinkle tuna, 1 cup of the cheese and the onions in baking dish.
Beat eggs, milk, baking mix, salt and pepper until well blended.
Pour into baking dish.
Bake 25 minutes. Top with remaining cheese to within 1 inch from edge. Bake 5 to 8 minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. The pie can be done even though some melted cheese adheres to knife.

2 eggs
½ cup milk
½ cup blue cheese salad dressing
1 teaspoon cornstarch
¼ cup thawed frozen chopped spinach
1 (12 ounce) can solid white tuna packed in water, drained
3 slices bacon strips, cooked and chopped
6 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Whisk together eggs, milk, blue cheese dressing, and cornstarch in a bowl until smooth. Fold in spinach, tuna, bacon, and Swiss cheese until evenly mixed. Pour into pie shell.
Bake in preheated oven until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes.

1 (9 inch) pie crusts, unbaked
1 (8 ounce) can tuna
1 cup swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 cup onion, diced
3 eggs
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup whole milk

Steps:

Pierce pie shell thoroughly with a fork. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. In a bowl, stir together remaining ingredients and pour into pie shell. Bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
From frozen: thaw filling in fridge. Pie shell should sit at room temp until easily unrolled (about 15 minutes if it is coming from the fridge). Follow directions above.

1 T. parsley, chopped
1 T. onion, chopped
1 jar pimiento

1 cup half and half
1/4 t. salt
1/8 t. white pepper
parmesan cheese

Steps:

Tightly pack 2/3 cup cheese on bottom of pie shell. Mix tuna, celery, parsley, onion, and pimiento; layer on top of cheese. Mix eggs, half and half, salt and pepper and pour on top of tuna mixture. Sprinkle with 1/3 cup remaining cheddar cheese, and some parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 - 50 minutes.
