This simple sandwich is a classic for a reason-it's crispy, crunchy, and totally delicious. Layer bacons strips, deli turkey, lettuce, tomato slices, and mayonnaise.

- Spread mayo on one half of hoagie bun.
- Cook bacon.
- Add turkey, bacon, lettuce and tomato on bread.
- Brush with olive oil or melted butter.
- Place on grill and cook 2 to 4 minutes on each side.

SMOKY TURKEY ROASTED BLT PANINI
This is a great sandwich with huge flavor. The smoky cheese and flavor of the roasted tomato, smoky bacon with spicy arugula and fresh avacado just make this perfect. It has so many great flavors that make this sandwich perfect.

Steps:
- Tomatoes -- Roasting the tomatoes. Just cut in quarters (de-seed, just lightly squeeze to get rid of most of the seeds), drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper and roast at 400 for approximately 15 minutes until somewhat soft but not over done. Remove and let cool. Once cool dice fine and mix with the mayonaise, some salt and pepper. Cover and chill.
- Bacon -- Honestly, just cook in the microwave. Put on a paper plate topped with a paper towel topped with the bacon and then top with another paper towel and cook 3-4 minutes until crisp. Remove and let cool as you build your sandwich.
- Sandwich -- Spread the tomato mayonaise on the bread, top with cheese, 2 slices of bacon, arugula, avacado and turkey, more cheese and top with another slice of bread spread with the tomato mayo. Put either on a lightly oiled grill pan, panini press or just a regular non stick pan. If you don't have a panini press, just weight down sandwich with a heavy pan or a brick wrapped in foil. Anything heavy will work. Sometimes I will just add a couple of heavy cans to a small pan and it works just fine. Just something to weight them down a bit. Cook until golden brown. Let cool a few minutes and slice.

TURKEY BRUSHETTA PANINI

- HEAT panini grill to medium heat.
- FILL bread slices with turkey, cheese, basil and tomatoes.
- SPREAD outside of sandwich with mayo.
- GRILL 3 min.or until golden brown.
- If You Don't Have a Panini Grill: Heat skillet on medium heat. Cook sandwich 5 min. on each side or until cheese is melted and sandwich is golden brown on both sides, gently pressing down top of sandwich with a spatula to flatten slightly as it cooks.
- Substitute: Substitute 2 tsp. KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing and Marinade for the mayo.
- Take Along: If packing for a brown-bag lunch, spread mayo on inside of sandwich and serve cold.

- Place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, 6 to 8minutes. Drain bacon slices on paper towels.
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of the 4 slices of bread. Layer chicken slices, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, and bacon, in that order, over 2 slices of bread. Place the remaining 2 bread slices on the top, mayonnaise side down.
- Heat a panini press over medium-high heat and coat with cooking spray. Place sandwiches inside. Cook until heated through and the cheese starts to melt, 5 to 7 minutes.
- Cut panini in half and serve immediately.

TURKEY AND BACON PANINI WITH CHIPOTLE MAYONNAISE
This is one of my favorite sandwiches to make, I whipped it up one day when I was trying to use up leftover ingredients. My family raved! It's also excellent as a vegetarian sandwich if you leave out the turkey and bacon.

- Preheat a panini press according to manufacturer's instructions.
- Place the bacon in a large, deep skillet, and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain the bacon slices on a paper towel-lined plate. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir the garlic and onion until the onion has softened and turned translucent, about 10 minutes. Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted, about 3 minutes more.
- While the onions and spinach are cooking, stir together the mayonnaise, minced chipotle peppers, and adobo sauce in a small bowl. Spread the mayonnaise over 4 slices of focaccia bread. Place a slice of cheese onto the 4 slices, then divide the turkey among the sandwiches. Place 2 strips of bacon onto each sandwich and top with the spinach mixture. Place the remaining slices of bread onto the sandwiches.
- Cook the sandwiches in the preheated panini grill according to manufacturer's directions until crispy and golden brown, about 5 minutes.
