Turkey Salad Sliders are so simple to make using just a couple of ingredients and your leftover turkey. Perfect for game day or a light lunch.

2 cups turkey, chopped or shredded
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup celery
1/4 cup sweet pickle, chopped, or sweet pickle relish
6 slider buns

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Spoon onto slider buns. Serve.

This is a tasty, fun, and quick recipe for ground turkey sliders... good for parties. Serve with sliced tomato and lettuce, or by itself.

½ cup mayonnaise (such as Hellman's®)
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons minced onion
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 pinch salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 pound lean ground turkey
½ cup diced fire-roasted red peppers
¼ cup Italian-style salad dressing
¼ cup finely minced sweet onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
½ teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 (12 ounce) package dinner rolls, split and toasted

Steps:

  • Mix mayonnaise, garlic, onion, lemon juice, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Let set while you make the sliders.
  • Mix turkey, red peppers, dressing, sweet onion, garlic, oregano, and thyme together in a large mixing bowl. Cover and let sit in a refrigerator for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Form turkey mixture into patties that are a little larger than your dinner rolls.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook patties in the hot oil, turning occasionally, until browned and no longer pink in the centers, 5 to 10 minutes per side.
  • Serve with garlic-onion mayonnaise mixture on toasted dinner rolls.

1 English cucumber, diced
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dried mint
4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
1 cup hummus, preferably spicy or roasted red pepper (about a 7-ounce container)
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 teaspoons ground coriander
16 mini pita pockets, preferably whole wheat, split open and warmed
2 to 3 plum tomatoes, sliced

Steps:

  • Toss the cucumber, feta, vinegar, mint, 1 tablespoon olive oil and a pinch each of salt and pepper in a bowl; cover and refrigerate.
  • Mix the turkey, 1/2 cup hummus, the parsley and coriander in a bowl; season generously with pepper. Dampen your hands and shape the mixture into 16 small patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
  • Heat 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil in a medium cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add half of the patties and cook until browned and cooked through, about 2 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate. Cook the remaining patties in the remaining 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil.
  • Mix the remaining 1/2 cup hummus with a splash of hot water in a bowl. Spread some of the hummus on the inside of each pita; fill with a tomato slice, turkey patty and some of the cucumber mixture.

These are a take on the popular baked ham and Swiss sliders with a holiday twist. They also taste great with leftover roasted turkey and French fried onions.

½ stick butter, melted
1 ½ tablespoons Dijon mustard, or more to taste
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 (12 count) package Hawaiian bread rolls, split
1 tablespoon mayonnaise, or to taste
½ (14 ounce) can jellied cranberry sauce
½ pound cooked honey-roasted turkey, shaved
6 slices Havarti cheese, cut into halves
1 cup arugula

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • Whisk melted butter with Dijon mustard, dried onion, and Worcestershire in a small bowl.
  • Place the bottom halves of the rolls into the prepared pan. Spread mayonnaise and additional Dijon mustard to taste along the rolls. Spread cranberry sauce. Add turkey and 1/2 slice of cheese to each. Top with arugula and top halves of the rolls. Spread melted butter mixture evenly over tops. Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, uncover, and continue to bake until cheese is melted, 10 to 15 minutes.
