4 cups leftover, turkey stuffing, dressing, moistened with leftover gravy or giblet broth - divided
2 cups leftover cranberry sauce
2 cups leftover turkey, sliced
2 cups leftover pearl onions, creamed or plain
1 1/2 cup leftover mashed russet potatoes, in a pastry bag with a large star tip
1 1/2 cup leftover mashed sweet potatoes, in a pastry bag with a large star tip

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a buttered, 4 quart, Pyrex souffle dish layer 2 cups turkey stuffing, making sure to pack it down and leaving a well in the center. Fill the well with cranberry sauce. Layer the turkey, onions, and remaining stuffing evenly, leaving few gaps. Pipe rosettes of alternating mashed potatoes that cover the top. Bake, uncovered, for approximately 1/2 hour or until the top is crusted and brown and the filling is warmed through. Serve hot

5 red potatoes
29 ounces French style green beans
8 garlic cloves
1/4 onion
2 tablespoons chicken bouillon

Steps:

  • Mince garlic and onion.
  • Wash and slice red potatoes into small cubes.
  • Brown ground turkey.
  • Add garlic and onion, mix until cooked.
  • Add potatoes on top of meat, then add green beans on top of potatoes.
  • Do not mix.
  • Add chicken bouillion.
  • Cover and let simmer until potatoes are tender.
  • Mix gently and serve.

  • Put the soup and milk in a saucepan and mix well.

  • Once hot, serve on buttered toast. SO GOOD!

2 lbs ground turkey
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/2 cup applesauce
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup ketchup
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
1 teaspoon chopped fresh sage
1/2 cup fresh breadcrumb
2 tablespoons butter
4 medium russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 lb bacon, cut into 1/2 inch strips, cooked until crisp
4 tablespoons milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Grease a 10-inch round ovenproof baking dish; add all the filling ingredients except the butter in a mixing bowl and stir until combined.
  • Spread turkey mixture into the prepared dish; refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Make the mashed potatoes: add the potatoes to a 4-quart pan with water to cover; add in 1 teaspoon salt and bring water to a boil.
  • Boil gently for 15-20 minutes, until the potatoes are tender when pierced with a sharp knife.
  • Drain the potatoes in a colander and return them to the pan; shake the pan over the heat to dry the potatoes.
  • Add in the remaining teaspoon salt, the bacon, milk, sour cream, and pepper; mash potatoes, and taste to correct the seasoning.
  • Cool the potatoes in the refrigerator until ready to bake.
  • When ready to proceed, preheat oven to 375°; spread potatoes over the meat loaf, dot the top with the butter, and place in preheated oven.
  • Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour until the potatoes are golden brown.
  • Cut into wedges and serve.
