Steps:
- Combine bean, oil, juice, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper in a the bowl of a food processor. Purée until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides, for bean spread. (Can be made ahead. Cover and chill up to 2 days.)
- Spread bean spread on one side of each tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border around edge. Arrange turkey down center of each tortilla; layer with tomato, onion, cheese and arugula. Starting at one end, tightly roll each tortilla and place, seam side down, on a serving plate. Cut crosswise in half and serve with chips, if desired.

I tried this after I made a lot of turkey and couldn't figure out what to make for dinner or do with the leftovers. It's great if you don't have a lot of time, no one does, or if you simply want to try something different.

Steps:
- Place tortilla on plate and put in microwave for 30 seconds.
- Take out and add 2 ounces of shredded turkey to tortilla.
- Then add 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella chesse, tomato slices, and 1 cup salad mix.
- Drizzle 1/4 cup Ranch on top and roll like a burrito.
- Insert toothpicks on sides in order for wrap to stay burrito shape and enjoy.

- Heat a large nonstick frying pan over medium heat; add bacon. Cook, turning often, until bacon is crispy, 6-8 minutes. Drain on kitchen paper, and set aside.
- Arrange wraps on a clean work surface. Place 1/4 of the cheese and turkey slices in the center of each wrap. Top turkey with 1/4 of the apple slices, 1 piece of bacon each and 1/4 of the salad greens. Roll wraps, folding in sides, to enclose filling.

Add beans, water and chicken granules and continue to cook until liquid is absorbed, about 5 minutes, then add the cheese. Cool to room temperature. - Rub the bread on both sides with the cut side of garlic, and then brush lightly with remaining oil. Place on a baking sheet and place under broiler for about 1 minute or until golden on one side and turn for another minute. Place about 2 tablespoons of spread on each slice.
