500 g minced beef
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, finely diced
2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
1 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon paprika
130 g tomato paste
500 g pasta sauce
1 tablespoon beef stock, dried instant
2 bay leaves
Worcestershire sauce, dash

Steps:

  • Heat oil in frying pan and brown the onion, garlic, beef and spices over a high heat.
  • Add the remaining ingredients, stiring well.
  • Reduce heat and gently simmer, uncovered for 30 minutes, stiring occasionally.
  • Serve over your favourite fresh pasta with parmesan cheese, a spoonful of basil pesto (optional) and a side salad.

2 teaspoons chopped fresh garlic
1/2 cup Italian sausage, Cooked and Sliced 1/4-inch
1/2 cup ham, Diced
1/2 cup bacon, Chopped 1/4-inch
1/4 cup pepperoni, Chopped
1/4 cup green bell pepper, Diced 1/2-inch
1/4 cup yellow onion, Diced 1/2-inch
salt and pepper
20 ounces pasta sauce with meat
20 ounces bow tie pasta, Dry
1/4 cup asiago cheese, Shredded
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, Shredded

Steps:

  • Grill Italian sausage until done. Cool and slice into 1/4" pieces.
  • Add olive oil to a large sauté pan at medium heat. Once oil is heated, add garlic, sausage, ham, bacon, pepperoni, green bell peppers, yellow onions, salt and pepper. Sauté until bacon is cooked, peppers and onions are soft.
  • Add meat sauce to sauté pan.
  • Cook penne pasta according to package directions. Drain excess water and then toss pasta with contents of sauté pan.
  • Place Five Meat Tuscan Pasta into designated serving plate ware, garnish with Asiago and Parmesan cheeses and enjoy!

Our Tuscan Pasta only takes 20 minutes to throw together and makes the perfect freezer meal. With a creamy, cheesy garlic sauce, sun-dried tomatoes, and grilled chicken, it will become a family favorite in no time.

16 ounces bow tie pasta (1 box)
4 Tablespoons butter
4 garlic cloves (finely minced or pressed through a garlic press)
½ Tablespoon dried basil
8 ounces cream cheese (softened and cut into small cubes)
8 ounces sun dried tomatoes (1 jar, rinsed, drained and chopped)
2 cups milk
8 ounces parmesan cheese (grated)
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon salt (more to taste if needed)
1 cup chicken (cooked and cubed)

Steps:

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. While it's cooking, prepare the sauce.
  • In a medium pot or skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring the whole time. Stir in the dried basil. Add the cream cheese, stirring with a whisk until the mixture is smooth. It will look curdled at first, but with constant whisking for 2-3 minutes, it will become a smooth creamy paste. Stir in the sun-dried tomatoes.
  • Keep cooking over medium heat and add the milk and whisk quickly and constantly until it is blended into the sauce. Stir in the Parmesan cheese, pepper and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is the desired consistency, 5-10 minutes.
  • Serve over hot, cooked noodles. I put my chicken on top, or you can mix it in.
