Vampire Cocktail With Licorice Spider Garnish Recipes

VAMPIRE COCKTAIL WITH LICORICE SPIDER GARNISH

Steps:

• Moisten the glass rim and dip into the black sanding sugar.
• Pull the licorice from the wheel in strips.
• Cut the strips into 8 pieces - 4 inch long. Cut an additional strip 6 inches long.
• Lay the strips out four on each side and overlap the join.
• Wrap the 6 inch piece around the join to make a body.
• Place a dab of frosting on the back of each edible eye.
• Attach the eyes to the spider body.
• Fill a cocktail shaker 1/2 full with ice.
• Pour in the vodka, cranberry juice and ginger ale.
• Shake well and pour into a martini glass with a black rim.
• Position the spider legs over the edges of the glass rim.

VAMPIRE COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Blend all ingredients except grenadine until smooth, pour into a stemmed cocktail glass. Drizzle grenadine over top.

VAMPIRE'S KISS

Steps:

• Chill a martini or cocktail glass. Pour the raspberry liqueur and vodka into a cocktail shaker and add a handful of ice and the raspberries.
• Shake until the outside of the shaker feels very cold. If using the coloured sugar, dip the rim of your chilled glass into cold water, then into the sugar.
• Fine-strain the cocktail into your prepared glass and top with the champagne.
