Steps:
- Cook elbow macaroni in a medium saucepan according to package directions.
- Drain water; add the pasta back to the saucepan.
- Cube cheese melt (Velveeta), and add to the macaroni. Add milk. Over medium-low heat, stir constantly until the cheese is completely melted.
- Add butter, garlic salt and black pepper and stir until butter is melted.
- Add undrained tuna, and stir. Serve hot.

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Shred about a half a cup to a cup of cheddar cheese into a bowl, mix in the onion topping and set aside.
- Cook the macaroni and cheese as instructed on the box. Mix both cans of tuna into the macaroni and cheese when finished.
- Put the macaroni mix in an 8 x 8 casserole dish. Spread peas over top, then sprinkle the cheese and onion over the peas.
- Put into the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until the cheese is a golden brown.
