HAM AND NOODLE CASSEROLE
Our creamy ham and noodle bake is a comforting casserole recipe that you can put together in a snap. This is a classic family casserole recipe that I make over and over throughout the year.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a 13x9-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large saucepan cook noodles according to package directions to al dente. Drain noodles and return to the pan. Stir in the ham, chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, and the pepper; stir well.
- Transfer the mixture to the 13x9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle the 2 cups cheese over the top. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through. Garnish with fresh parsley, optional.

CHEESY HAM AND NOODLE CASSEROLE

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick spray. Set aside.
- Prepare elbow macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Meanwhile, combine cheeses and reserve 1/2 c. for later. Whisk soup, sour cream, milk and seasonings together in a large bowl. Add ham, 1 1/2 c. of cheese and pasta. Stir until combined. Pour into prepared dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and top with reserved cheese. Return to the oven for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

HAM AND NOODLE CASSEROLE
This is one of my favorite ways to use leftover ham.

Steps:
- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 2-quart casserole.
- Bring water to a full rolling boil in a pot.. Cook the egg noodles in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes; remove from heat, cover, and let stand until the noodles are tender, about 10 minutes. Drain.
- Stir the noodles, onion, sour cream, chicken soup, ham, and Swiss cheese together in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon into the prepared casserole. Sprinkle the top with bread crumbs.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the casserole is bubbling and the bread crumbs have browned, about 40 minutes.

VELVETY HAM AND NOODLE CASSEROLE
Steps:
- Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the packet, making sure not to overcook them.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F, and grease a medium-sized casserole dish.
- In a large bowl (or directly in the casserole dish to save time cleaning up), combine veggies, ham, soup, sour cream, and milk.
- Stir in 1 1/2 cups of cheese.
- Add in garlic powder, pepper, and onion soup mix. Mix well.
- When the noodles are done, drain them and add them to the casserole dish, stirring everything together.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese over the mixture.
- Top with breadcrumbs. (Optional)
- Completely cover with a lid or aluminum foil, and bake for 25 min.
- Remove the lid or foil and bake for another 20 min, or until your ham and noodle casserole is nice and golden brown on top.
- If using parsley, sprinkle over the top just before serving.
- Pour a glass of wine, and enjoy!

- Preheat oven to 350°. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. In a large bowl, combine soups and milk; stir in the noodles, corn, vegetables, ham, parsley, pepper, salt and 3/4 cup of cheese. , Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Cover and bake 45 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 5-10 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted. Freeze option: Cool unbaked casserole; cover and freeze. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Preheat oven to 350°. Bake casserole as directed, increasing time as necessary to heat through and for a thermometer inserted in center to read 165°. Top with remaining cheese the last 5 minutes.
