PEANUT BUTTER FEATHER PANCAKES
Serve these light and puffy peanut butter pancakes with syrup, fresh fruit, or a dusting of powdered sugar.

Steps:
- Stir together flour, sugar and baking powder in large bowl.
- Beat egg with peanut butter in small bowl until blended. Stir in milk and oil. Add all at once to the dry ingredients, beating until blended.
- Heat skillet over medium-high heat or griddle to 375 degrees F. Spray with no-stick cooking spray. Pour 2 tablespoons batter for each pancake onto skillet. Cook until bubbles break the surface. Turn and brown the other side.
- Serve with syrup, fresh fruit or powdered sugar.

- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, whisk egg, milk and peanut butter until smooth; stir into flour mixture just until combined. Pour into a greased 8x4-in. loaf pan. , Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 50-60 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack. If desired, serve with jelly.

- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, peanut butter, brown sugar and white sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla and water. Combine the flour, protein powder, baking soda and salt; stir into the creamed mixture. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop dough by heaping spoonfuls onto un-greased cookie sheets.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
