2 scoops chocolate ice cream
2 ounces vanilla vodka, such as Smirnoff
1 ounce white chocolate liqueur, such as Godiva
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
Whipped cream, for garnish
Toasted coconut, for garnish

Steps:

Add the ice cream, vodka, chocolate liqueur and chocolate syrup to a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with whipped cream and toasted coconut.

1/2 tablespoon organic, dark Dutch process cocoa powder
1/2 tablespoon white sugar
1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 tablespoon instant powdered milk
Pinch ground cinnamon
Pinch salt
Pinch vanilla powder
4 ounces whole milk
3 ounces whipping cream
Chocolate shavings, for garnish
Chopped pistachios, for garnish

Steps:

Whisk the cocoa powder, sugar, cornstarch, powdered milk, cinnamon, salt and vanilla powder together with the milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil while continuing to stir the mixture so as to not to burn the chocolate.
Add the whipping cream to the bottom of your serving mug and tap the bottom to settle. Pour the hot chocolate mixture over the whipping cream in the serving mug. Keep watching the reaction of your Volcano Eruption.
Add chocolate shavings and pistachios on the top of your volcano.

1/2 ounce Bacardi 151 rum (optional)

Steps:

Shake ingredients (except 151 rum) with ice, then strain into volcano bowl or cocktail glasses.
Pour 151 rum into volcano crater if using volcano bowl, and ignite just prior to serving.

8 ounces orange juice
2 ounces light rum
2 ounces brandy
4 ounces orgeat syrup or 4 ounces other almond syrup
4 scoops crushed ice or 4 scoops chipped ice
1 ounce rum (151 proof)

Steps:

Place all ingredients except the 151 rum into a blender until smooth. Pour this into the mote area circling the volcano.
Pour 151 rum into the top of the volcano, and with a long fireplace match, ignite.
Serve with long straws to sip from the mote.
