A refreshing smoothie recipe made with watermelon, frozen strawberries, cauliflower florets, mint, and chia seeds.

1⁄4 cup (37 g) frozen strawberries

1⁄2 cup (120 ml) coconut water, herbal iced tea, or milk of choice
