White Chocolate Cookie Dough Martini Recipes

WHITE CHOCOLATE PEPPERMINT MARTINI

Steps:

• Dip the rim of a martini glass in marshmallow topping then crushed peppermint candies. Drizzle some marshmallow topping on inside of glass; place glass in freezer.
• In a shaker with ice, add vodka, schnapps, and the liqueur. Shake until mixed; pour into prepared glass. Sprinkle with crushed peppermint.

WHITE CHOCOLATE, CHOCOLATE COOKIES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
• In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and white sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well with each addition. Combine the cocoa, flour, and baking soda, gradually stir into the creamed mixture. Finally, fold in white chocolate chips. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.
• Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until puffy but still soft. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.

WHITE CHOCOLATE MARTINI

Steps:

• Place chocolate syrup in bottom of martini glass.
• Use a toothpick to "drag" the chocolate syrup up the side of the glass.
• Place liquer, vodka and ice in cocktail shaker.
• Shake until well mixed
• Strain into prepared glass.
• If this is too strong simply add 2 ounces of cream when skaking.

WHITE CHOCOLATE COOKIE DOUGH MARTINI

Steps:

• Stir all ingredients except the cocoa powder in a shaker. DO NOT SHAKE.
• Add a few ice cubes and strain into a glass. Dust with cocoa powder.

CHOCOLATE INDULGENCE MARTINI

Steps:

• Place the chocolate cookies in a plastic baggie and pound with a rolling pin or wooden mallet until fine crumbs are formed.
• Coat the center of a small plate with chocolate syrup in a circle. Sprinkle the crushed chocolate wafers over the chocolate syrup on the plate.
• Turn a martini glass upside down and dip the rim of the glass in the mixture and spin back and forth, until the rim is coated.
• Drizzle some chocolate syrup inside the glass, forming a swirling design and place the glass in the freezer.
• In a shaker with ice add the chocolate milk, vodka and creme de cocoa. Shake well.
• Remove glass from freezer.
• Strain mixture into glass and serve.

DOUBLE CHOCOLATE MARTINI

Steps:

• Sprinkle grated chocolate onto a plate. Moisten the rim of a martini glass with water; hold glass upside down and dip rim into chocolate. Place cherry in glass. If desired, garnish glass with chocolate syrup., Fill a tumbler or mixing glass three-fourths full with ice. Add the cream, vodka, chocolate liqueur and creme de cacao; stir until condensation forms on outside of tumbler. Strain into glass; serve immediately.

WHITE CHOCOLATE MARTINI

Steps:

• Tip the grated chocolate onto a plate. Brush the rim of a martini glass with a little maple syrup or honey, then dip into the chocolate to coat. Chill the glass until needed.
• Pour the crème de cacao, cream, vanilla and vodka into a cocktail shaker and add a handful of ice. Shake until the outside of the shaker feels ice-cold. Strain the drink into the prepared glass to serve.

Steps:

• Crush one cookie and set remaining cookie aside.n
• Rim the edge of a martini glass with chocolate syrup and dip in the crushed cookie. Drizzle remaining chocolate syrup inside the glass.n
• Fill a cocktail shaker with ice; add vodka, creme de cacao, and white chocolate liqueur. Cover and shake until the outside of shaker has frosted. Strain into the prepared glass and garnish with remaining cookie.n
