1 oz irish cream
1 oz vodka
1/2 oz tuaca or other vanilla liquor
1/2 oz kahlua or other coffee liquor
1 - 2 White chocolate curls
1 mint leaf

Steps:

  • Chill a Martini glass by placing ice in it
  • Put some ice in a cocktail shaker
  • Pour all the ingredients except the chocolate curls over ice and shake
  • Pour in a chilled martini glass
  • Garnish with white chocolate shavings and mint

2 ounces (60 milliliters) white chocolate liqueur
1 ounce (30 milliliters) vodka (plain, whipped cream, or vanilla)
1 ounce (30 milliliters) espresso or strongly brewed coffee (chilled)
White chocolate ganache (for the rim)
Chocolate shavings
Strawberries
Fresh mint

Steps:

  • Chill martini glass for at least 10 minutes. If desired, coat the rim with a drizzle of white chocolate ganache.
  • In a cocktail shaker, add a few ice cubes and the white chocolate liqueur, vodka, and espresso. Shake well until combined and chilled, then strain into chilled glass.
  • Serve immediately garnished with chocolate shavings, strawberries, and fresh mint if desired.

4 ounces semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
2/3 cup brewed espresso, chilled
2/3 cup coffee liqueur, such as Kahlua
2/3 cup vanilla-flavored vodka
Ice

Steps:

  • Combine the chocolate and 1/4 cup water in a small bowl and place over a pan of barely simmering water. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth, 2 minutes. Set aside to cool slightly.
  • Dip the rims of 4 martini glasses into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl. Chill the glasses in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  • In a pitcher, mix together the espresso, coffee liqueur and vodka. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. In batches, add the vodka mixture and shake for 10 seconds. Strain the mixture into the prepared glasses and serve.

Coarse sugar
1 teaspoon chocolate syrup

Steps:

  • Fill a mixing glass or tumbler three-fourths full with ice. Add chocolate liqueur, espresso and vodka; stir until condensation forms on outside of glass., Sprinkle sugar on a plate. Moisten the rim of a chilled cocktail glass with water; hold glass upside down and dip rim into sugar. Drizzle chocolate syrup on the inside of glass. Strain vodka mixture into glass.
