WHOLE WHEAT CEREAL BARS
This is a great recipe if you on the go! It's an easy microwave snack that uses the ingredients found in most pantries. This can even be made with low fat peanut butter. Not only healthy but it taste great!!

Steps:
- Combine brown sugar, honey, and peanut butter in a microwave-safe glass or ceramic bowl. Melt the peanut butter mixture microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring after each melting, for 1 to 2 minutes (depending on your microwave). Stir in cereal and raisins.
- Press cereal mixture into an 8 inch square pan sprayed with non-stick spray. Cool and cut into bars.

PEANUT BUTTER CRUNCH BARS

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. In large bowl, beat sugar, butter and peanut butter until light and fluffy. Add milk, vanilla and egg; beat until well blended. Add flour, baking soda and salt; mix well. Spread in pan.
- Bake 19 to 24 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Immediately sprinkle with chocolate chips; let stand 5 minutes.
- Using metal spatula, spread softened chips to frost bars. Sprinkle with peanuts. Cool completely in pan on cooling rack, about 2 hours. For bars, cut into 6 rows by 6 rows.

EASY WHOLE WHEAT PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, butter, honey, brown sugar and egg until smooth. Combine the whole wheat flour and baking powder; stir into the batter until blended. Roll into small balls, and place on a greased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly using a fork.
- Bake for 13 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until cookies are slightly toasted at the edges.

Steps:
- cream together butter, sugars, vanilla, egg, baking soda, baking powder, milk and salt.
- Add flours and oats and mix thouroughly. Dough will be stiff.
- Push into pyrex baking dish and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips across top and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from oven. Spread hot chocolate chips across bars. Cut into squares and refrigderate until chocolate hardens.

- Melt the butter and peanut butter in a small sauce pan, remove from heat.
- Mix peanut butter mixture with graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar until completely blended. Press evenly into the bottom of an ungreased 9x13 inch pan.
- In a metal bowl over simmering water, or in the microwave, melt the chocolate chips with 4 tbsp of peanut butter, stirring occasionally until smooth. Spread over the prepared crust. Refrigerate for at least one hour before cutting into squares.

- Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Line an 8-inch baking pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper, making sure there is enough overhang on the sides to easily remove the blondies. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, oil, and brown sugar until smooth. Whisk in the milk and vanilla. Add the flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix until combined. Use your arm muscles – the batter will be very thick!
- Transfer batter to baking pan and press it into place using the back of a spatula. Sprinkle the top with peanuts and dark chocolate chips, pressing them gently into the batter.
- Bake for 22 to 25 minutes, until the edges are just barely browning. The top will look very soft. Remove from oven and cool completely before slicing into squares or hearts. The first batch I made two years ago, I cut into the blondies too early and they all crumbled. Be sure to cool for at least 3 hours or overnight (preferred) before cutting.
