Delicious Whole30 compliant Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 Head of Cauliflower (washed and divided into florets)
1 Whisked Egg
1/2 C Almond Flour
1/2 C Buffalo Sauce of Choice (Check out Primal Kitchen's Buffalo Sauce here.)

Steps:

  • Evenly coat cauliflower in whisked egg.
  • Add 1/2C almond flour to cauliflower until well coated.
  • Cover baking sheet with silicone baking mat. Bake cauliflower at 400 (F) for 25-30 minutes or until slightly brown on edges.
  • Remove bites from oven and toss to coat in buffalo sauce of choice.
  • Replace cauliflower on baking tray and broil for 3-5 minutes.
  • Let cool, then enjoy with this Tessemae's Whole30 compliant ranch dressing!

Here's what you need: cauliflower, olive oil, flour, garlic salt, whole milk, hot sauce

1 head cauliflower
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ cup flour
1 teaspoon garlic salt
½ cup whole milk
1 teaspoon hot sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 450˚F (230˚C).
  • Cut the head of cauliflower in half. Pluck bite-sized florets from each half. Trim bottoms of florets as necessary.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the batter ingredients.
  • Add cauliflower to the batter. Stir so each floret is fully coated.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread cauliflower florets on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss with buffalo sauce.
  • Return cauliflower to oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes until browned to your liking.
  • Enjoy!
