Bow-Ties with Ham image

Turn leftover ham into something special with tender pasta, rich Alfredo sauce, fresh asparagus, colorful sun-dried tomatoes and creamy cheese.

3 cups uncooked bow-tie (farfalle) pasta (6 oz)
1 jar (16 oz) Alfredo pasta sauce
10 medium asparagus spears, cut into 1-inch pieces (about 1 cup)
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil and herbs, drained, chopped
1 cup diced (1/4 to 1/2 inch) cooked ham
1 cup shredded Havarti cheese (4 oz)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 2-quart casserole with cooking spray. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package.
  • Meanwhile, in 3-quart saucepan, heat Alfredo sauce over medium heat, stirring frequently, until hot. Gently stir in cooked pasta, asparagus, tomatoes and ham. Stir in 1/2 cup of the cheese. Pour into casserole.
  • Cover; bake 35 to 45 minutes or until bubbly. Top with remaining cheese.

4 cups uncooked bow tie pasta
6 cups frozen broccoli florets
4 cups cubed fully cooked ham
2 cartons (10 ounces each) refrigerated Alfredo sauce
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1 can (8 ounces) mushroom stems and pieces, drained

Steps:

  • Cook pasta according to package directions, adding the broccoli during the last 5 minutes of cooking. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the ham, Alfredo sauce, cheese and mushrooms. Drain pasta mixture; add to ham mixture and toss to coat. , Transfer to 2 greased 11x7-in. baking dishes. Cover and freeze one casserole for up to 3 months. Cover and bake remaining casserole at 375° for 20 minutes. Uncover; bake 5-10 minutes longer or until bubbly., To use frozen casserole: Thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before heating. Cover and microwave on high for 8-10 minutes or until heated through, stirring once.

1/4 cup butter, cubed
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 cups 2% milk
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
2-1/2 cups shredded Colby cheese
2 cups uncooked bow tie pasta, cooked and drained
6 to 8 ounces fully cooked ham, julienned
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, saute garlic in butter for 1 minute. Stir in the flour, salt and pepper until blended. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened and bubbly. Stir in mustard and Colby cheese; cook and stir until cheese is melted. Add pasta and ham; stir until coated., Transfer to a greased 2-qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until heated through.

1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
1/4 cup butter
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 pkg. (7.5 oz.) OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Slow Cooked Ham
1 cup frozen peas, thawed

Steps:

  • Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, cook and stir milk, cream cheese, 1/3 cup Parmesan, butter, pepper and garlic powder in medium saucepan on medium-low heat until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Stir in ham and peas; cook 2 min. or until heated through.
  • Drain pasta; place in large bowl. Add sauce and remaining Parmesan; toss to coat.

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil and cook pasta for 8-10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
  • In a large saucepan, melt butter and saute garlic for 2 minutes.
  • Whisk in flour, salt and pepper.
  • Cook until smooth.
  • Add milk gradually, stirring constantly.
  • Bring to a boil for 1 minute and then add mustard and Colby cheese.

  • Pour into a 2 quart baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.

  • Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente, according to package instructions. Drain pasta; return to pot.
  • Meanwhile, heat butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add onion; cook, stirring, until soft, 3 to 4 minutes. Add peas and half-and-half; season with salt and pepper. Simmer until thickened, 3 to 4 minutes.

¼ cup butter
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ cup all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon salt

2 ½ cups shredded Colby cheese
4 ounces cooked ham, julienned
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
  • In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Saute garlic 30 seconds. Whisk in flour, salt and pepper. Cook and stir until smooth. Pour in milk, a little at a time, stirring constantly. 2 (26 ounce) jars spaghetti sauce
1/2-1 lb of sliced pepperoni
3 (8 ounce) bags shredded mozzarella cheese
6 Tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Cook pasta according to pkg directions. Cook sausage, garlic powder and oregano with onions until done. In a lightly greased 9x13 inch pan, pour a small amount of sauce to lightly coat bottom. Layer 1/3 of the pasta, 1/3 remaining sauce, 1 bag of mozzarella cheese, 2 Tablespoons parmesan cheese, sausage and onions. Next layer 1/2 of the remaining pasta, 1/2 remaining sauce, 1 bag of mozzarella cheese, and 2 Tablespoons parmesan cheese Next layer all of the remaining pasta, all of the remaining sauce, 1 bag of mozzarella cheese, 2 Tablespoons parmesan cheese, all of the pepperoni(completely covering the entire top with pepperoni).   • Heat butter in saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add garlic, saute 1 minute.
  • Whisk in milk mixture.
  • Simmer 3 minutes.
  • Whisk in cream cheese, 2 tablespoons parmesan, salt and pepper.
  • Simmer, whisking, 2 minutes.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Toss together pasta, peas or broccoli, sauce and ham in large bowl.
  • Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of reserved pasta water, tossing to make creamy sauce.
  • Top with remaining parmesan.
  • Serve hot.
